As mentioned, I am naturally skeptical about most health supplements and products out there and I’m sure most of you out there are as well.Therefore, I will be taking this Ken Reishi product for a month under a ‘controlled’ circumstances, thereafter reporting if I indeed feel any effects or benefits in my overall well-being.
I plan to record this in upcoming posts within this blog and on a weekly basis. Additionally, ad-hoc posts if I feel or observe any side-effects amongst other things. Overall, I would like to believe in this particular product on improving my overall well-being, not just from a psychological point of view but based on tangible outcomes.
My controls are:
1) 1 packet containing 4 Ken Reishi tablets to be taken before breakfast with warm water every morning
2) Still live my existing lifestyle with no major change to diet, stress factors and habit
3) Report only on observable physiological, overall energy levels and well-being
